BHS Together provides three core service areas: Federal Audit Readiness & Remediation (risk assessments, control design and testing, root-cause analysis, and corrective-action plans through closure, aligned to OMB A-123, FMFIA, FISCAM, and USSGL/SFIS); IT Risk, Controls & Cyber Compliance (IT general and application-control assessments, NIST SP 800-53/800-171, RMF and FISMA compliance, and CMMC readiness); and Financial Systems & Technical Program Delivery (DAI, Navy ERP, SAP and Oracle controls support, PMO governance, integrated schedules, and executive dashboards).

We support federal agencies and prime contractors as both a prime and a subcontractor, and are open to teaming arrangements. Our leadership has supported engagements for OUSD(C), the Department of the Navy, the Defense Logistics Agency, and the U.S. Air Force.

• OUSD(C), DOD/DOW — Led technical program management for enterprise audit-remediation activities, developing corrective-action plan governance, executive dashboards, and cross-organization reporting supporting seven Defense Organizations.
• Department of the Navy — Performed financial-statement audit walkthroughs, risk assessments, and control-catalog development supporting Navy ERP access, security, and configuration controls.
• Defense Logistics Agency — Supported remediation and validation of IT general and application control deficiencies across AMPS, DAI, DPAS, EBS, and STORES in alignment with OMB Circular A-123 and FISCAM.
• U.S. Air Force — Supported Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness activities from control design through CUEC remediation and Statement of Assurance reporting.
